Double Gold
This year The Armarie Room entered two entries into the 2023 Pride In Print Awards. It was an unexpected surprise to receive gold medal awards for both entries! The awards went to the ‘The Great Hall’ wedding suite and ‘Mehndi Floral’ wedding suite. Both were designed and letterpress printed at The Armarie Room during 2022 and the beginning of 2023.

The Pride in Print Awards is held each year and recognises excellence in print. Awards go to the best in visual print communication products produced in New Zealand.
An expert panel of judges analyse every entry. The judging is based on technical excellence in all facets of the production process, typography and quality design.

The Great Hall wedding suite received a gold award in the Speciality Products section of the awards.
This 2-piece wedding stationery suite is named after the stunning venue at the Christchurch Arts Centre. With so much architectural inspiration, it was a joy creating this custom design for Amy & John. If you look closely you can also see elements of their heritage woven into the details. This wedding stationery suite is one of the designs from the semi-custom collection at The Armarie Room. Emma & Hayden chose this design and then we customised the artwork to make it personal and unique. This was a multi-piece suite which included save-the-dates, invitations, details cards, RSVP cards, custom-printed envelopes, place cards, seating charts and drinks menus.
