GOT THE
YOU’VE
LOVE
Letterpress Wedding Invitations & Stationery
Know what you love, but need help bringing it together?
The moment you start sharing your ideas, I start imagining what's possible.
The best ideas rarely arrive fully formed. They grow through conversation, curiosity and creative collaboration until they become something that could only belong to you.
Whether we're designing your wedding invitations, working together on a letterpress piece or creating details for your wedding day, everything begins with your ideas and ends with something you'll absolutely love.
DESIGN
Custom Wedding Invitations
Tell me how you want your wedding to feel, and I'll imagine how that could look.
We might begin with the place you've chosen, the colours you're drawn to and the details that matter. I'll ask questions, listen for the things we might explore further, and bring everything together into a creative direction that feels entirely your own.
-
I recommend getting in touch around 6–12 months before your wedding. If you're planning to send Save the Dates, invite guests from overseas or explore custom artwork, getting in touch earlier gives us even more flexibility.
This gives us time to develop your ideas thoughtfully, refine every detail and create your invitations with the care they deserve.
If you're not sure when to begin, just get in touch and we can work backwards from your wedding date together.
-
Every wedding I work on is different, so every proposal is tailored to what we're creating together.
Custom wedding invitations typically start at $1,300 + GST, including design and production.
Your proposal will outline both the design fee and estimated production costs, giving you a clear understanding of the overall investment from the outset. Production costs are confirmed once your final design, print processes, quantities and finishes have been finalised.
For a closer look at the process, example invitation collections and more detailed pricing, explore the Invitation Guide. If it feels like the right fit, you can complete the enquiry form inside to tell me about your wedding.

01. ENQUIRE
Tell me a little about your wedding, the ideas you've been collecting and the pieces you're thinking about. From there, I'll prepare a custom proposal outlining the creative direction, estimated production costs and next steps, giving you a clear place to begin.
02. BOOK
We'll refine the proposal together until it feels right. When you're ready to move forward, you'll sign your contract and pay the deposit to reserve your studio time.
03. CREATE
Once you're booked, this is where the ideas begin to take shape. We'll talk through any final details before I begin developing the creative direction for your invitations. From there, we'll work through a process of design and refinement together until everything is ready for production.
04. MAKE
Printing, paper and finishing come together in the studio, transforming the final design into something you'll soon be able to hold in your hands.
-
Prefer to begin with an existing design?
A small selection of invitation designs can be personalised with your wording, colours and details — an easier starting point, with the same care, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Letterpress & Specialist Printing
Already have your design? Bring it to me and I'll help you work out the best way to bring it to life.
I work with couples, designers and wedding professionals to turn existing artwork into beautifully crafted pieces. From paper and colour to letterpress and specialist print processes, I'll guide you through the production decisions that help your design look and feel its best.
If your project requires additional design work, file preparation or custom sourcing, I can help with that too. Any additional work will be outlined before we begin.
-
I recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks before you need your finished stationery to allow enough time for printing and finishing.
If you're working to a deadline or you're unsure how long your project might take, get in touch and I'll help you plan the timing.
-
Every print project is quoted individually, depending on the artwork, quantity, paper, print processes and finishes involved.
As a guide, 50 two-colour letterpress invitations on thick cotton paper begin from $535 + GST.
-
01. ENQUIRE
Send through your artwork and any information you already have. I'll review everything, ask any questions if needed, and prepare your production quote.
02. QUOTE
Your production quote will include the recommended paper, printing and finishing options for your project. If you'd like to explore alternative papers, finishes or production methods, we can tailor the quote to suit your preferences.
03. APPROVE
Once you're happy with the production details and quote, you'll approve the project and pay your deposit. I'll prepare your files and confirm everything is ready for production.
04. MAKE
Once everything is approved, your project moves into production. Printing and finishing typically take 10–20 working days, before your finished pieces are ready to collect or send on their way.
-
Preparing your own artwork for print? The Print Guide explains how to prepare and supply files for letterpress printing.
Whether you're a designer supplying print-ready artwork or creating your own files yourself, you'll find the technical specifications you need inside. If you're unsure whether your artwork is ready for production, I'm happy to take a look before we begin.

Wedding Day Stationery & Details
The invitation might be where we begin, but it doesn't have to be where the ideas end.
From menus, place cards and signage to one-of-a-kind pieces and personal touches, we can carry your creative direction through every part of the celebration.
This is where your ideas become the details your guests will experience throughout the day—through artwork, print, materials and craftsmanship. Sometimes the result is beautifully tactile and textured; sometimes it's something completely unexpected. Either way, every detail is designed to feel like it belongs.
Whether we've already created your invitations together or you're coming to me with a new idea for the day itself, let's make something that feels like it could only belong to your celebration.
-
I recommend getting in touch around 3–6 months before your wedding day. This gives us time to develop the creative direction, refine every detail and produce everything with the care it deserves—without feeling rushed.
Don't worry if details like menus, guest numbers or seating plans aren't confirmed yet—that's completely normal. Once your studio time is reserved, we'll begin by developing the creative direction, then refine the finer details as everything comes together.
Your reservation is secured with a deposit, allowing me to plan my studio schedule and give your wedding the time, attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
If you're working to a shorter timeline, please get in touch anyway. If I have availability, I'll always do my best to help.
-
Every wedding is different, so the investment depends on what we're creating together.
Whether you're looking for beautifully crafted menus or a complete collection of wedding day pieces, your proposal will be tailored to your celebration.
Smaller wedding day collections, such as menus, place cards and signage, typically start from $1,500 + GST, depending on the print processes, quantities and finishes you choose.
Complete wedding day collections featuring original artwork, specialist printing and hand-finished details, typically start from $5,000 + GST.

01. ENQUIRE
Tell me about your wedding, what you'd like to create and any inspiration you've been collecting. Whether it's menus, signage, guest stationery or something a little different, the more information we have from the beginning, the smoother everything will be.
02. QUOTE
I'll review everything you've shared and prepare a proposal with the recommended creative approach, pricing and production timeline. If needed, I'm happy to work directly with your planner, stylist, caterer or venue to gather information and keep everything moving.
03. CREATE
Once the details are confirmed, I'll begin developing the designs, refining every detail and preparing everything for production. I'll keep you updated along the way, so you always know where things are at.
04. MAKE
Everything is carefully produced, checked and delivered in time for your celebration, ready to become part of the day you've been planning.
