Oil-Based Ink Cleaning Fluid

$6.00

This premium, low-odour press wash is designed for removing oil-based printing inks from rollers, printing plates and inking slabs. Water-miscible and highly effective, it has become an essential part of our daily studio clean-up, offering excellent cleaning performance without damaging rubber rollers or photopolymer plates.

Formulated to prevent roller glazing and oxidation, it leaves no oily residue and can be used full strength or diluted with water by up to 50%, making it both economical and versatile.

Beyond printmaking, it's also excellent for general studio maintenance, including cleaning printing machinery and removing light surface rust from metal parts when used with a fine scouring pad.

Why we love it at The Armarie Room:

This is the cleaning fluid we use every day in the studio. It has a much lower odour than many traditional press washes, cleans exceptionally well and helps keep our rollers in excellent condition. It's become an essential part of our press wash-up and a product we confidently recommend to other printmakers.
