Yamato Rice Paste is a traditional Japanese, acid-free adhesive ideal for bookbinding, chine-collé, mokuhanga (Japanese woodblock printing), and general paper or wood adhesion. Smooth, neutral in colour and easy to apply, it dries clear and flexible without staining or warping delicate papers.

Mixed with a little water, it brushes out smoothly and holds even the thinnest washi papers without rippling.
